My vehicle doesn't run. Can I still donate it?
Yes, most car donations are accepted, running or not. To find out if we can accept your vehicle donation, please call 651-646-1054 or 612-366-5811 between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, or fill out the online car donations form.

Do you pick up the vehicle?
Yes! Crosstown Auto, Inc picks up your vehicle donations at a time that is convenient for you, free of charge in the Twin Cities and Rochester.

Do I have to be home when you pick up my car?
No! Just clean the car of any personal belongings and leave the paperwork under the dashboard.

How long will it take till my car is picked up?
The average pickup time for car donations is normally 12 to 24 hours in most cases..

What areas do you service?
We service the greater Twin Cities metro area and Rochester. For any other locations plase give us a call at 651-646-1054 or 612-366-5811 between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Is there any expense involved on my part, like towing charges?
No. There is no charge.

What are the tax benefits when I donate my car?
Veteran's Car Donations is qualified as a 501(c)(3) charity organization. You do receive a tax benefit when you donate a vehicle to us. Check with your tax advisor or accountant to determine the amount of your benefit.

What happens if there's a problem with my car after it's donated?
You are responsible until the vehicle is picked up. You are only liable for any previous storage charges and previous fines. Once the car has been picked up we assume full responsibility.
